These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online revenue management platform (“Platform”) provided by [DotWork Global Solutions Limited] (“Company”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2.1 The Platform is designed to assist healthcare providers, including doctors, with revenue management and related services. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 You are responsible for all content and data you upload or provide through the Platform. You retain ownership of your data, but by using the Platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your data for the purpose of providing the services.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 Use of certain features or services on the Platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing terms provided by the Company.
3.2 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or agreed upon by the Company.
4. Privacy
4.1 Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
5.1 The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at its discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
5.2 You may terminate your account by contacting the Company’s support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic Of Kenya
